Tradition - 1 + 1

Well this year for Thanksgiving we were minus Danielle but we were plus Mackenzie... We had a fabulous time like always on our annual trip to the smoky mountains for Thanksgiving. We are truly blessed to have such a great family and be able to take this trip  yearly and it has become TRADITION! This year was our 7th year going and it is still hard to believe we have been doing it this long! It seems like when we first started going we wanted to see everything and now the trip has turned into more of a relaxing family fun weekend! We always do put put on thanksgiving and we have steaks for thanksgiving both things we really look forward to! Lots of fun and looking forward to next year!

Thankful Thursdays

Today I am Thankful for these 2 boys that have changed my life! I love them with all my heart and don't know what I would do with out them.

In the Middle

Well don't kids just say the cutest things!! I am convinced of this after my little Wesley "you don't have a middle" comment tonight! We were at my Mammaw's and she had told Wesley why don't you just spend the night with me.... Well Wesley looked at her and said "I can't stay with you... you don't have a middle" It was the cutest thing.. When Wesley stays with my parents he always sleeps in the "middle" and he thought that since its just Mammaw Betty well there was no middle so where would he sleep... It was so cute and made for such a great memory to cherish!



10 Years and Counting

 I love this man!! I can't believe it been 10 years since we got married. Wow how far we have come! High School Sweet Hearts who would of ever thought! I started dating Zach the summer of my Sophomore year our first date was June 27th 1997! Wow I still remember that like it was yesterday! He actually told his mom he was going to the movies with friends and instead went to Indiana Beach with me and one of my friends and her boyfriend! Yep sneaking around from the very beginning that's how it all began! If you would have ask me back then if I thought I would marry him I would have told you no! However it didn't take me long to figure out that I loved him and I wanted him in my life for good!! So married 10 years and with 2 wonderful boys I couldn't be any happier!! I love you Zach with all my heart I always have and I always will!

To celebrate our 10 year anniversary we went to Panama City Beach. A place we have grown to love! It was hard leaving the boys behind. We had a wonderful week the weather was great, and we found ourselves several times bored! Yes bored we are so use to having the boys and doing things that make them happy that being there with out them seemed very weird! At any rate we still had a wonderful time and look forward to our next alone trip! Hopefully its not in another 10 years!!

Well the boys really weren't into the whole Halloween thing this year and I was allright with that. We did do costumes just in case and they were cute. But I am starting to think that maybe next year we will just skip the costumes! I guess we will see! We also did a few pumpkins since that's what you do for Halloween!! 

So this year we had a little firefighter and a Notre Dame Football Coach.
